There's a lot to do as you can see from the size of the following list. You've probably been upstairs and saw the progress, but you also saw that there is plenty to be done. While people say they like the ceiling, it needs to be redone with something permanent. There needs to be an entrance to the upstairs from the outside so people can use the upstairs without going through the store. A door is needed in the store to separate it from the outside entrance. Plus, in order to make this a place where events can be officially held, it has to meet government codes.
