There's a lot to do as you can see from the size of the following list. You've probably been upstairs and saw the progress, but you also saw that there is plenty to be done. While people say they like the ceiling, it needs to be redone with something permanent. There needs to be an entrance to the upstairs from the outside so people can use the upstairs without going through the store. A door is needed in the store to separate it from the outside entrance. Plus, in order to make this a place where events can be officially held, it has to meet government codes.
Here's the list of what's needed:

- One emergency light
- Ceiling for upstairs
- Four hard-wired smoke detectors
- Up-to-date computer
- Cordless phone
- Storage shelves
- New more efficient air conditioner for upstairs
- Two fans for the upstairs
- Lights upstairs
- One 45 minute Fire Door
- Emergency exit upstairs
- Work a downstairs door that will cut off the access
- Music system for upstairs
- Siding for the building
Friends groups often have fund raisers. We're open for ideas here. It would seem like something could be done on Founder's Day (selling brats is pretty easy and can make a lot of money) and a flea market w/ proceeds going to the Company--any other ideas?
