Kurt Plinke also teaches drawing, as well as watercolour classes and workshops.

He is an associate faculty member at Chesapeake College in Wye Mills, Maryland, where he has been on the schedule to teach Watercolours and Introduction to Art. Check the Chesapeake College website link for his current schedule of classes.

Mr. Plinke teaches at the Dorchester Arts Center in Cambridge, Maryland; at the Academy of the Arts in Easton, Maryland; through the Queen Annes Arts Council in Centerville, Maryland; with the Kent Island Federation of Art in Stevensville, Maryland; and through the Greensborough Trading Company in Greensboro, Maryland.

Mr Plinke also teaches through his own studio, Sewell Mills, near Greensboro.

As an Artist-in-Residence through the Maryland Arts Council, Mr. Plinke has developed residencies in schools across the state of Maryland.
